Property Lawyer Marbella is looking for a motivated Business Development & Lawyer Partnerships professional to help us expand our network of independent property lawyers and law firms in Marbella and across the Costa del Sol.
Property Lawyer Marbella is an independent online platform that helps international property buyers and sellers find experienced legal professionals for property transactions in Spain.
The Role
The role focuses on developing professional relationships with lawyers and law firms working in property and real estate law in Marbella and the wider Costa del Sol.
You will help identify suitable legal professionals, introduce them to the Property Lawyer Marbella platform and develop long-term relationships with participating firms.
Responsibilities
Identify established property lawyers and law firms in Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
Introduce lawyers and law firms to the Property Lawyer Marbella platform.
Build and maintain professional relationships with participating legal professionals.
Help us understand the needs of local law firms and international property clients.
Follow up with prospective partners.
Support the continued development of our lawyer network.
Provide feedback that can help improve how the platform works with legal professionals.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with professionals and comfortable developing new business relationships.
Knowledge of the Marbella property market, legal sector or real estate industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
We particularly value
Excellent English communication skills.
Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
An organised and independent way of working.
Interest in property, legal services or the Marbella real estate market.
Previous experience in business development, partnerships, sales or professional services is an advantage.
About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to work with an independent platform at an early stage and play an important role in developing its professional network in Marbella.
The role can initially be structured on a part-time or freelance basis, with the possibility of expanding as the platform develops.

The platform also publishes practical information about conveyancing, due diligence, contracts, taxes and other legal considerations when buying or selling property in Spain.
