Our Review Process

Every firm listing is reviewed by a person before it is published. Here’s how listings are researched, approved and presented.

    Firms Are Researched

Each firm is researched from its own official website and other public sources. We check that it genuinely works on property matters relevant to Marbella before it can be listed.

  2. 02

Details Are Reviewed by a Person

Services, languages, areas served, office addresses and logos are reviewed and approved manually. Nothing discovered automatically is published without that approval.

  3. 03

Listings Are Kept Separate From Advertising

Featured placements are paid and always labelled. Payment affects presentation among relevant firms — never whether a firm matches your criteria in the Lawyer Finder.

  4. 04

    You Contact Firms Directly

We don’t pass your details to firms, sit in on conversations, negotiate on your behalf, or take a cut of any fee you agree with a lawyer.

This page covers how listings are reviewed. For how the wider process fits together, see How It Works. For who is eligible to be listed, see How We Select Lawyers.

Questions

A Few Practical Questions

Honest answers about what we can and cannot predict. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

No. A listing means the firm meets our listing criteria and its public details have been reviewed. It is not a recommendation, ranking or guarantee of the advice you will receive.

No. The Lawyer Finder does not ask for your name or contact details, and your answers are not stored or sent to any firm. It simply filters the directory.

Because our directory does not yet have confirmed information for one of your criteria — often language. Missing information does not necessarily mean the firm cannot help, so partial matches are shown separately and clearly labelled.

Firms can claim their profile to keep their details accurate. You can also contact us if you notice something that looks wrong.
