How It Works

A Simpler Way to Find a Property Lawyer

Buying property in Marbella often means working to someone else's deadline — an agent pushing a reservation, a developer's completion date, or a signing already scheduled. When that happens, finding a property lawyer in Marbella becomes another research project at the moment you least need one. This is why we built a directory you can browse directly, and a Lawyer Finder that narrows it down in three questions.

  1. A

    Browse the Directory

Go straight to the law firm directory and filter by legal service, language, area served and office location.

  2. B

    Or Use the Lawyer Finder

Answer three quick questions — your matter, the area and your preferred language — in the Lawyer Finder and see the firms that match, with the reasons each one appears.

  3. 03

    Compare Firm Profiles

Each profile shows the firm's services, languages, areas served, office location and public contact details.

  4. 04

    Contact the Firms You Choose

You contact firms directly and decide for yourself who you feel comfortable instructing. We do not pass your details to any firm.

Questions

Questions About the Process

Practical questions about the directory and the Lawyer Finder. It is not legal advice.

No. The Lawyer Finder does not collect your contact details or send your answers anywhere. You choose which firms to contact.

Firms that match all your criteria are listed alphabetically. Featured firms that match may appear first in a clearly labelled paid section; Featured does not mean better or recommended, and firms that do not match are never inserted because they pay.

You will see firms that match most of your criteria, clearly labelled with what is not confirmed. Missing directory information does not necessarily mean a firm cannot help.

No. The directory and the Lawyer Finder are free. Any fees you later agree with a lawyer you instruct are a matter between you and that firm.
