Property Lawyer Marbella is an independent information and directory platform focused on property law in Marbella. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, do not represent any party in a property transaction, and do not act as an agent for either buyers, sellers, or lawyers. The law firms listed in the directory are independent third parties, entirely separate from us. Any legal services you receive are provided under a direct relationship between you and the lawyer you choose to instruct, governed by that lawyer's own terms of engagement.

You agree to:

• Use this website only for genuine enquiries related to property matters in the Marbella area
• Not use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website

We may decline to process a submission, or restrict access to the website, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Directory listings and Lawyer Finder results are filtered from the information listed about each firm. They are not recommendations, and they do not guarantee that a firm will be suitable for your matter or any particular outcome. We do not endorse, supervise, or take responsibility for the professional conduct, advice, fees, or services of any firm listed on the platform.

Any dispute, claim, or dissatisfaction relating to legal services you receive is a matter between you and the lawyer concerned, and not with us.

Using this website, the directory and the Lawyer Finder is free of charge for users. We do not charge property buyers, sellers, or owners any fee. The platform is supported by separate commercial arrangements with the independent law firms that participate, without affecting the free access for users.

For law firms: claiming and managing a directory profile is free and never requires payment. Firms may optionally purchase Featured, a paid placement subscription billed monthly or annually plus applicable VAT/tax. Featured listings are always labelled as sponsored, paid placement. Featured does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation, does not mean a firm is better or more qualified, and does not guarantee enquiries, clients, traffic or any particular position. Featured firms only appear in Lawyer Finder results when they match a visitor's search. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; Featured then remains active until the end of the period already paid, after which the profile returns to the free plan without losing its content. Any relationship between a visitor and a law firm remains directly between them and independent of Property Lawyer Marbella.

How we collect and use personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. The Lawyer Finder does not collect your name or contact details, and nothing you select in it is sent to any law firm.

The content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and the platform's structure, is owned by or licensed to MM TECH SL and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, reproduce, or republish content from it without our permission.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including those of independent lawyers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MM TECH SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or any engagement with a law firm listed on the platform. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marbella, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
