Fees & Costs

Do you charge a fixed fee, a percentage of the purchase price, or an hourly rate?
What is included in your fee, and what disbursements are charged separately?
What happens to your fee if the transaction does not complete?
Will you provide a written fee estimate and scope before work begins?

Availability & Practicalities

Are you available to act on the timeline I am working to?
Can you attend completion on my behalf, or arrange a power of attorney if I cannot be in Spain?
Do you work directly with a notary, land registry and tax adviser, or will I need to coordinate those separately?
Have you worked with the particular area, developer or agent involved in this transaction before?
